To enter the awards, you had to create a poster on our website and post it on your social media channels during September 2022 using the hashtag #WHDAwards2022.
The World Heart Day Awards are the perfect opportunity to publicly showcase individuals and teams around the world who have shown a strong commitment to heart health.
There are two Awards categories:
Best World Heart Day Individual Award, celebrating the person who has made a difference to their own or other’s heart health.
Best World Heart Day Team Award, celebrating groups of people who have shown real dedication to the cause of heart health for everyone.
How will my poster be judged?
The entries will be judged by the World Heart Federation team based on the creativity and emotion captured in the poster, and the impact of your statement around how you are ‘using heart’. To learn more about the theme of World Heart Day 2022, please click here.
The finalists of the World Heart Day Awards will be announced on our social media platforms. Our social media community will select two winners, so make sure you are following us!
What is the prize?
Nominees and winners will be featured on our website and social media channels. They will also receive a certificate to print out and display signifying their achievement.
When will the entries be judged?
Contest closes on 29 September, 23:59 CEST.

By entering your poster for World Heart Day Awards, you agree to be featured on the World Heart Federation websites and social channels should your enter be shortlisted and/or win.
